Ms. Nesbitt who operated the greenhouses (formerly known as &#8220;The McKenna Greenhouses&#8221;) for more than 35 years, agreed to mentor for a few years.<\/p>\n<p>After leaving the federal public service in the fall of 2012, Chantal Boucher joined Ms. Nesbitt&#8217;s team in the spring of 2013, while completing an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ulaval.ca\/les-etudes\/programmes\/repertoire\/details\/certificat-en-horticulture-et-en-gestion-despaces-verts.html\"><strong>Horticultural and Green Space Management Certificate<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0from Laval University.<\/p>\n<p>Knowing Ms. Nesbitt had been thinking about retirement for some time, the project of acquisition of the greenhouses took form.
